How customers can raise concerns & complaints

At GreenTech Microgrids Pty Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality customer service and building positive relationships with our customers through open communication, fairness and accountability. We understand that, from time to time, concerns or issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving complaints promptly, respectfully and in a transparent manner.
- 01GreenTech Microgrids Pty Ltd ("GreenTech", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to providing high-quality customer service and resolving complaints fairly, efficiently and respectfully.We recognise that complaints provide valuable feedback and an opportunity to improve our services.GreenTech aims to make our complaint process accessible, fair, transparent and free of charge. We encourage customers to raise concerns early so they can be resolved as quickly as possible.This Policy explains how customers can raise concerns, how GreenTech manages complaints and the options available if a complaint cannot be resolved.

- 04When making a complaint you have the right to:lodge a complaint free of charge;be treated fairly and respectfully;have your complaint investigated impartially;receive regular updates where appropriate;appoint an authorised representative;request interpreter or accessibility assistance where reasonably required;request an internal review if dissatisfied; andseek assistance from the relevant Energy Ombudsman if your complaint remains unresolved.

- 09Throughout the investigation GreenTech will keep customers informed of progress where additional time is required.Step 1 – AcknowledgementWe will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as reasonably practicable.Where possible, simple complaints may be resolved immediately.Step 2 – InvestigationWhere further investigation is required, GreenTech will:Review the circumstancesConsider relevant informationContact you if further information is requiredAssess possible solutionsStep 3 – ResolutionOnce our investigation is complete, we will advise you of:Our findingsAny actions we propose to takeAny remedies availableWhere appropriate, remedies may include:Explanation of circumstancesCorrection of errorsAccount adjustmentsBilling correctionsPayment arrangementsService improvementsOther agreed outcomesStep 4 – Internal EscalationIf you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may request an internal review by a senior member of the GreenTech team.GreenTech will undertake an independent review of the complaint and provide a further response.

- 13If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request that the matter be reviewed by a senior member of the GreenTech team.We will undertake an internal review and provide a further response.Internal review will, where practicable, be undertaken by a GreenTech employee not previously involved in the complaint.
