Property Address and Apartment/Unit Number
Move-in Date
Proof of Identity
(if required)
Life Support Requirements
(if applicable)
Commercial Customers
In addition to the above, we'll also ask for:
Business Name
ABN or ACN
Primary Business Contact
Billing Contact
(if different)
Evidence of Occupancy*
Life Support Requirements
(if applicable)
*Evidence of Occupancy
(such as a lease agreement, licence to occupy or property manager confirmation)
You may also be asked to confirm your communication preferences and accept the GreenTech Customer Terms and Privacy Collection Notice during the online registration process.
